The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods in accordance with production schedules. Monitor and maintain production lines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required specifications. Assist with the assembly, packaging, and labelling of products. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures. Support team members in meeting production targets and deadlines. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
