Job Title: Manufacturing Technician – Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Schedule: Openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
Location: Manchester, NH
Overview
We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing medical device manufacturing team. This role requires hands-on experience in assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies in a clean, regulated environment. Responsibilities
Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices following approved manufacturing procedures
Maintain Clean Room integrity by following proper gowning and environmental procedures
Utilize small hand tools, assembly fixtures, calibrated instruments, microscopes, and test equipment
Follow documentation including Bill of Materials, work orders, assembly drawings, and production reports
Perform tasks such as soldering, crimping, bonding, sealing, ultrasonic welding, and mechanical assembly
Perform kitting of assemblies using parts lists, scanners, and inventory systems
Conduct routine equipment inspections and startup procedures
Inspect products throughout the assembly process and report quality issues
Maintain accurate documentation including test results, quality records, and time tracking
Work cross-functionally with engineers and team leads to resolve production issues
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs
Follow GMP, ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and documentation
Medical device manufacturing experience
Experience working in clean room or regulated environments
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Experience with small parts assembly and microscope work
Ability to use tweezers, torque drivers, magnifiers, and microscopes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
