The technician will be responsible for following established procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations across various production areas. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to manufacture and pack chemical products. Follow documented procedures to produce chemicals and complete associated records. Collect samples for analysis and adjust batches based on results. Perform pre-fill checks, fill finished goods, and conduct quality inspections. Support end-of-line packing operations as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, contributing to 5S initiatives. Conduct routine safety and quality inspections, including calibrations and area checks. Assist with raw material ordering and picking. Participate in daily planning and workflow organisation. Record transactions using internal systems. Liaise with engineering teams to report and follow up on equipment issues. Understand and manage hazardous materials and compatibility risks.
