What You Will Do:

• Facilitate transformation workstreams focused on Digital Innovation, People, Customer Love, Process Excellence, Sustainability, and Cost Efficiency to deliver measurable outcomes. • Manage the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and closure. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, and resource requirements. • Govern and report on project performance, aligning with PMO standards and tracking value delivery such as cost savings and efficiency gains. • Support the introduction and deployment of innovative technologies and processes within final assembly operations. • Utilise tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Lucid to ensure structured oversight, transparent communication, and data-...
