We're recruiting for a Marina Operative (Night Shift) to join a busy, customer-focused marina team in Ipswich. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in security, facilities, maintenance, or outdoor operational roles with good customer service experience.

As a Night Marina Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth overnight running of the marina , supporting customers and maintaining high site standards.

Key Responsibilities Carry out regular security patrols across the marina site Monitor the safety of boats, pontoons, buildings, and vehicles Provide customer service to late arrivals, visitors, and berth holders Allocate berths and assist with marina occupancy management Perform basic maintenance tasks and safety checks Maintain a clean, safe, and professional marina environment Respond to incidents and follow emergency procedures Ensure compliance with health & safety (HSE) regulations Skills & Experience Required Experience in security, facilities, maintenance, marina, or similar roles Ability to work independently on night shifts Strong awareness of health & safety and site security Confident communicator with good customer service skills Practical, hands-on approach with problem-solving ability Calm and reliable under pressure Why Apply for This Marina Job?
