The Opportunity

Its technology is deployed across commercial, defence, leisure and autonomous vessels, with international demand increasing as operators seek cleaner, higher performance solutions.

With more systems entering service and production scaling, this appointment strengthens technical capability at a commercially critical point. The individual will protect product performance in the field while directly influencing how the next generation of systems are refined and improved.

Safeguard reliability across customer fleets, resolving issues that affect uptime and commercial confidence
