Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews using scripted questionnaires.
• Gather accurate, detailed feedback from participants.
• Communicate confidently with customers in the (US/Australian) business environment.
• Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and high‑quality data collection.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience speaking with or servicing American and Australian customers (e.g., call centre, customer service, sales, or research).
• Confident computer skills.
• Laptop or PC with Windows 10 or above and a working webcam (for interactive training).
• USB headset with microphone for clear audio.
