Our client, a leading property company based in London are looking for a Marketing and Events Executive to join their growing team.


THE MARKETING AND EVENTS EXECUTIVE ROLE:


  • Manage timelines, trackers and workflows across marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate briefs and asset delivery between internal teams, designers and external partners including PR and creative agencies
  • Ensure activity is delivered on time and aligned to agreed priorities
  • Coordinate branded merchandise production and stock management
  • Support sourcing, briefing and supplier coordination
  • Maintain brand asset libraries and marketing collateral
  • Assist the Event Manager in executing both internal and external events
  • Pre-event and post-event communication set up and delivery
  • Supplier logistics: handling venue bookings, conference tickets, supplier communications and guest lists
  • Contribute to event conceptualisation with knowledge of upscale London venues and experiences preferred
  • Assist with execution of content across website, email and social (in collaboration with content lead)
  • Help coordinate content capture and repurposing opportunities
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand presentation across touchpoints
  • Copywriting for blogs and other marketing collateral a plus
  • Maintain marketing trackers, dashboards and performance summaries
  • Support reporting across campaigns and marketing initiatives


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING AND EVENTS EXECUTIVE:


  • 2-4 years’ experience in a marketing events coordination role
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives
  • Experience supporting events
  • Confident working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Clear and professional written communication
