As we continue to grow, we are looking for a commercially aware Marketing & Business Graduate to join our leadership fast-track programme.

This is a well-rounded role suited to an ambitious individual who wants to understand the full lifecycle of a business, from client acquisition and sales strategy to team development and operational growth.

The Role:

As a Marketing & Business Graduate , you will work closely with Managing directors to support campaign performance and contribute to team success. This role is designed to bridge academic knowledge with practical commercial experience, offering a clear progression path into leadership. Focusing on managing offline marketing campaigns while exploring leadership in business

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Campaign Strategy: Develop a strong understanding of our sales processes across multiple campaigns, working to meet and exceed client targets and KPIs.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, interview, and onboard high-potential candidates.

Performance Coaching: Assist in delivering training sessions aimed at improving team performance, with a focus on communication skills and sales techniques.

Leadership & Engagement: Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture through consistent communication, feedback, and support.

Professional Requirements:

Educational Background: A recent degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Commercial Awareness: A genuine interest in sales, business development, and how a growing agency operates.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with both clients and colleagues.

Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities, prioritising tasks, and working effectively in a target-driven environment.

Proactive Attitude: Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
