We are seeking an experienced people and operations lead to provide structure, consistency and momentum across our marketing, communications and digital activity.Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Marketing and Communications Operations Manager will drive day‑to‑day operational excellence and support strategic delivery. The role ensures effective workflows, efficient use of resources, quality control and the successful delivery of high‑impact campaigns.
