I’m working with a growing agency that’s hiring a Data Analyst to join their wider data team (analytics, engineering, and data science).
This role sits close to marketing analytics, supporting teams focused on lead generation through paid advertising, content, and in-house software products. You’ll be analysing campaign performance, supporting A/B testing, and helping understand what changes actually drive uplift.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing paid marketing and campaign performance across channels
- Supporting A/B testing on site features, microsites, and campaigns
- Working with product and marketing teams to understand customer behaviour
- Building reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Using SQL to query and analyse data from multiple sources
What they’re looking for:
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in marketing, customer, or digital analytics
- Confident working with stakeholders outside of data
- Power BI experience
- Python or R is nice to have, not essential
You’ll report into a supportive analytics lead and be part of a collaborative, commercially focused data function.
