Leading global retail beverages brand is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager with at least 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role. You would be a creative individual with fantastic interpersonal and strong leadership skills.We are a fast-growing bubble tea brand with expansion plans across the UK, France, Spain and the USA and recently have launched a highly successful supermarket range which will have multiple imminent listings. The ideal candidate will currently be employed in a similar role for at least 2 years and will be managing a team including Social Media staff.Management ResponsibilitiesTo support the Head of Marketing and the CEO with research and development of the overall marketing strategy – traditional and digital.To support the HoM and CEO with all external and international business relations.To support the HoM and CEO with all FMCG related …To have an extensive and thorough understanding of key social media platforms attracting a Gen Z audience such as Tik Tok and Instagram including Paid AdvertisingTo provide marketing support to fellow marketing team members including the Social Media Manager when required.To lead on all seasonal and promotional product development working alongside team members and in coordination with the Operations team.To lead on all annual and seasonal promotions and offers.To lead and execute on the Monthly NewsletterManage and implement marketing activities across a broad range of digital and traditional marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Website, Email, Mobile App, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing)Pitching and working with leading brands for collaborative projects and partnershipsLeading on Franchise Marketing processes and protocolsProject co-ordination with third party associates for product and store launchesManage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, email newsletters, social media etc.Experience/Skills RequiredAn in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running social media channelsAt least 2 Years of marketing experience in current roleMust have budget, cost analysis and data mining experience.An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Social Media channelsExperienced in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe CS, Premier Pro, Lightroom, After Effects and iMovie (or equivalent)Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.Possesses strong software skills that support the delivery of high-quality content and documents.Highly creative, but also analytical and data drivenA thorough understanding of Google analytics and possibly other web analytics packagesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities to the Head of MarketingDemonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.A self-motivated individual with high levels of energy, is flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure.Exhibits a high level of attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
