?About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing activity across our restaurant portfolio.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you will be responsible for ensuring everything we do feels aligned, considered, and true to each brand. From social media and content creation to campaigns, partnerships, and events you will be the central point connecting ideas, people, and delivery.
?Key Responsibilities
Lead social media strategy, planning, and content creation across all venues
Manage content shoots, calendars, and creative direction
Support and deliver campaigns, launches, and key events
Coordinate PR activity, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations
Oversee marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Work closely with operations teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly
Manage CRM, guest communications, and digital platforms
Track performance and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
?Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle brands
Previous experience in luxury hospitality or premium brands is essential
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimise activity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (preferred)
Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
