With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer service, we are looking to expand our team with a results-driven Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and drive business growth.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the companys marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels while generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media
• Oversee website performance, content updates, and lead generation optimisation
• Coordinate and execute offline marketing activities such as print, signage, and local advertising
• Work closely with the national sales manager and sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Manage external agencies and suppliers where required
• Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing materials

About You

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within construction, home improvement, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience with relevant systems and lead generation strategies is desirable
