This position ensures account health is maintained across all Marketplaces, through regular communication internally and externally with core stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities as Marketplace Account Executive:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each drop shipment account, tracking metrics such as order fulfilment SLA's, shipping accuracy, sales tracking, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to optimise operations. In conjunction with the daily account activity, own the Account Plan and other planning materials, and ensure they are regularly reviewed against established milestones and targets. Ensure that agreed quality assurance and customer satisfaction procedures are fully implemented and monitored. Understands the key accounts' strategy, issues, culture, challenges considering the impact on account management.
