This role is critical due to the retirement of the previous manager and the current challenges faced by the market, including reduced footfall. The successful candidate will provide strong, hands-on leadership to stabilise operations and support the team. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee daily operations of the indoor market, ensuring smooth functioning from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Lead administrative, rent collection, and manual teams, including the setup and takedown of the street market. Serve as a visible, approachable presence for traders and customers, ensuring high service standards and professional dispute resolution.
