Our client, a reputable franchised premium main dealer in Brighton, West Sussex, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Master Technician to join their dedicated team. Duties:
  • Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to brand standards
  • Conducting technical fault-finding and implementing effective solutions
  • Liaising with customers to explain repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Mentoring and supporting junior technicians to develop their skills
  • Ensuring the workshop maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Complying with dealership processes and industry regulations
Candidate Specification:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Master Technician within a franchised dealership
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and technical competence
  • Full UK driving licence
  • VAG experience is desirable but not essential
