Key Responsibilities
Accurately record and label incoming materials, including ingredients and containers, ensuring all items match their original order and comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Manage the purchasing of materials such as cartons, pallet wrap, packing tape, and stationery. Record and archive finished batch product samples from production. Monitor stock levels of raw materials. Handle incoming telephone enquiries confidently and assist clients with their needs.
