About the Role: We are looking for a Quality Testing Technician to join our Technical team on a part-time basis to support our Taste Lab during a 12-month maternity cover. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and an interest in food science or quality control. You will be responsible for incubating and testing finished products and ingredients to ensure they meet our agreed quality standards. You will also manage and coordinate the site Taste Panel, helping maintain our high-quality standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities: Incubate and test finished product samples to assess quality and release suitability

Test raw material samples before use in production to ensure ongoing supply meets standards

Manage the Taste Panel, including rota management, panel set-up, and communicating results

Record and file results accurately for easy retrieval and audit readiness

Monitor and assess shelf-life samples and retained references

Support product quality investigations as needed

Maintain and complete compliance documentation

Participate as part of a multi-disciplined testing team
