Job Duties

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics and Science that meet the curriculum requirements and cater to diverse learning needs. Assess, record and report on pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning and development. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and enthusiasm for learning. Develop and implement appropriate learning resources and teaching aids to enhance lesson delivery. Manage pupil behaviour in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures, promoting mutual respect and discipline. Collaborate with colleagues, including subject leaders and pastoral staff, to support pupils’ academic progress and well-being.
