The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff, with a focus on Mathematics

Ensure a positive and productive classroom environment

Support students in understanding tasks and maintaining engagement

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and lesson outcomes

While the role is not a teaching position, a strong understanding of Maths is essential to confidently support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
