Maths Tutor / Teacher Up to £27,000 Rochdale Full Time – Permanent Role Purpose: We are looking for a Maths and English Tutor to deliver high-quality Functional Skills and GCSE lessons that inspire learners and maximise achievement. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging sessions, ensuring all learners reach their potential and progress effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons that challenge and motivate learners. * Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to create personalised learning plans. * Promote high expectations, building confidence and aspiration among learners. * Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. * Track learner progress, identify those requiring intervention, and provide additional support. * Deliver teaching across centres, groups, and individual learners as needed. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health & safety policies.
