Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3-5 Lead the development of Statistics within the department (KS4 & KS5) Work closely with the Head of Maths to support teaching, learning, and assessment Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of schemes of work Monitor and track student progress using data to drive improvement Support and develop colleagues, sharing best practice across the department Contribute to departmental leadership, including behaviour management and daily operations Participate in the wider school community and enrichment activitiesKey Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, with a particular strength in Statistics Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS4/KS5 desirable) Ability to lead or contribute to curriculum development Proven ability (or clear potential) to raise student attainment Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills A collaborative and proactive approach to team working*Alternatively, if this job is not for you then please still get in touch with us at for other roles or refer it to a friend who might be interested in this role!*
