A highly regarded secondary school in Hackney, London is seeking a passionate and creative Maths Teacher to join its creative and popular Mathematics Department. *Please note, a TLR is available for a suitably qualified Maths Teacher to assume the role of KS3/4 Maths Co-ordinator*

Maths Teacher | The Role:

Deliver inspiring and engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, helping students develop a deep understanding and appreciation of the subject.
Use creative and innovative teaching methods to engage students.
Collaborate with the Maths Department to ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively and enriches students learning experience.
Take on additional responsibilities, such as curriculum planning or mentoring, with the potential for TLR opportunities for those with the relevant experience.

Maths Teacher | The Successful Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching that results in excellent student outcomes.
A degree in Mathsor a related subject (2:1 or higher preferred).
A passion for Maths and the ability to inspire students to excel in reading, writing and critical thinking.
Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Experience or a desire to take on additional responsibilities, with leadership potential.
A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and a drive to contribute to the overall success of the department.
