Maths Teacher (QTS) - Full-time, Long-term We are currently seeking an experienced Maths Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to teach in one of our secondary schools on a full-time, long-term basis. This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, with time allocated within the schedule for marking and assessment duties. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and effective pre-planned Maths lessons to students. Assess and mark student work, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other Maths department staff to enhance curriculum and share best practices. Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school functions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven experience as a Maths Teacher. Strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum and teaching methods. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
