Maths Teacher – Secondary School (Rochester)Start Date: ImmediateContract: Until the end of the academic yearRequirement: Must hold QTS
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maths Teacher for a secondary school based in Rochester. This position is available for an immediate start and is expected to run through to the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3–KS4
- Plan, prepare, and mark all lesson materials in line with school policies
- Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
- Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum where required
- Attend parents’ evening and relevant school meetings
- Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified xbpsjku Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and support students of varying abilities
- Availability to start immediately
