The Role

Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stages 3 and 4. Use a variety of teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners and to support progress and attainment. Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and interventions where necessary. Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Maths department and across the school to enhance teaching practice and curriculum delivery.
