Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences in line with the national curriculum and school policies. This role involves planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire learners, assessing pupil progress, and supporting individual learning needs. The successful candidate will foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encourage active pupil participation, and uphold high standards of behaviour and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver effective, stimulating mathematics lessons that cater to all learners and comply with the national curriculum. Assess, record, and report on pupil progress and attainment regularly, providing constructive feedback to pupils and their parents or carers. Develop and implement well-structured schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching resources. Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment by monitoring and managing pupil behaviour effectively. Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support or interventions where appropriate.
