The Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to KS3 - KS5 students
Teach students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges
Adapt teaching strategies to suit small groups and individual learning needs
Support students to achieve expected academic progress
Work in line with the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies
Collaborate closely with support staff, senior leaders, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Maths Teacher who has:

✔ QTS or QTLS (essential)
✔ A Mathematics specialism
✔ A genuine passion for SEN and alternative education
✔ A calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour management
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Confidence managing and working alongside support staff

Experience in SEN, PRU, SEMH, or alternative provision is desirable but not essential - applications from enthusiastic mainstream teachers are welcome.
