We are seeking a passionate professional dedicated to delivering extraordinary service, with previous experience gained within luxury venues in Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and hosting guests with a warm, professional approach
  • Overseeing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a seamless flow of service
  • Developing strong relationships with returning and VIP guests
  • Collaborating closely with management and service teams to uphold exceptional standards
  • Consistently embodying and representing the brand and its atmosphere


About You

  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience within the Mayfair area
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards
