Overview ​We are currently seeking an M&E Design Manager in Warrington to lead design coordination and technical delivery across a busy portfolio of building services projects. This is a senior role for someone who can take ownership of the design process from early concept through to construction support, ensuring solutions are coordinated, compliant, buildable and commercially sensible. You’ll work closely with pre-construction, commercial and operations teams to reduce design risk early and keep projects moving at pace.
