M&E Installation Supervisor – Ground Mounted Solar

£375 – £400/day

We are supporting a renewable energy contractor delivering a large ground-mounted solar PV development in the North East.

They are looking for an M&E Installation Supervisor to oversee day-to-day installation works and manage subcontractors across mechanical and electrical packages on site.

What you’ll be doing

Supervise installation teams delivering ground-mounted solar infrastructure

Oversee installation of mounting systems, modules, DC cabling and inverter stations

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work follows drawings and method statements

Monitor progress and report into the site construction leadership

Support safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of the project

What they’re looking for

Experience supervising ground-mounted solar PV construction projects (40MW is the sweet spot)

Strong background in electrical or renewable energy installation

Experience managing multiple subcontractor teams on site

CSCS card (or equivalent), First Aid at Work, SSSTS/SMSTS
