Job Title: M&E Maintenance Engineer
Location: Regent Street, West End of London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Are you an experienced M&E Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Join a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing a commercial campus in Regent Street.
You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining predominately electrical + mechanical systems. Your duties will include:
* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.
* Supporting mechanical engineers, plumbers and fabric engineers when required – Providing full building services as necessary
* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a client facing environment.
* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
