Job Title: M&E Maintenance Engineer (Water Systems experience) Location: Colchester, Essex Package: £45,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am
Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below. - 5pm or 9am 6pm (Out of Hours On-Call Rota 1 in 3 weeks, £100 standby) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Colchester.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, electrical and water systems.
Perform inspections and checks to building equipment and systems such as generators, AHU/FCUs, motors, pumps, LTHWS etc.
Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, TMVs, cooling towers, calorifiers and other compliance.
Monitor and manage BMS Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. xehkeey
Requirements: Level 3 equivalent in an Engineering related field Mechanical or Electrical discipline Water Treatment/Systems or L8 Experience Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
