If you’ve built your career delivering M&E packages on proper commercial projects not residential blocks this will be right up your street. I’m working with a growing contractor who operate as a design, engineering and build business, delivering complex laboratories, hospital environments and pharma schemes across the UK. These are highly regulated environments where coordination, quality and detail actually matter so they need people who know what good looks like.
You’ll be taking ownership of M&E packages ranging from £1m–£7m, sitting within overall project values of £4m–£12m.
Site visits 1–2 days a week (nationwide projects) Small, effective teams (typically 2–3 per project) Working closely across design, engineering and delivery teams Requirements:
Strong M&E project delivery experience on commercial / healthcare / pharma / lab environments Comfortable managing full packages, not just sections Someone who understands programme, sequencing and quality in live/technical environments Why this role stands out:
