M&E Temporary Recruitment Consultant – Construction

We’re hiring a dedicated M&E temporary recruitment consultant to build and grow a specialist desk within our construction division at We Are Footprint.

This role exists because the work is there.

We already support warm M&E clients across live sites and are now ring-fencing that work under one owner so it can scale properly — with clarity, accountability, and long-term value.

What the role looks like

• Supplying mechanical & electrical temporary labour into construction projects
• Developing and expanding existing client relationships
• Building and retaining a reliable subcontractor base
• Owning delivery, margins, and sustainability — not just activity
• Working with strong in-house compliance, payroll, and operational support

What we’re looking for

• Experience in construction or M&E temp recruitment
• Someone who wants genuine desk ownership, not a legacy patch
• Commercially aware, delivery-focused, comfortable being accountable
• Happy picking up the phone and driving outcomes
