An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned, highly respected building services provider on a prestigious commercial site based at London Bridge. Renowned for their strong reputation and exceptional staff retention, this organisation offers a supportive working environment with structured training and clear progression opportunities, including Authorised Person (AP) status training.
Working as part of a continental shift pattern covering days and nights, the successful engineer will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems within a landlord environment. This role suits a confident engineer who is comfortable working autonomously, maintaining compliance, and liaising directly with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Electrical fault finding Single & three-phase power Emergency lighting systems Fire alarm testing BMS operation and monitoring AHUs, FCUs, VAV/VRF systems Generators Pumps and motors Cooling towers and water treatment (tap tests, dosing, checks) Managing site logbooks, e-logbooks, audits, quotations Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance Requirements
