Are you an experienced self employed M&E Engineer looking for your next contract?
If so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting a contract M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team.
Youll be out and about on the road travelling to sites for planned maintenance (PPM) such as water hygiene checks and emergency lighting monthly flash testing. As well as PPM, reactive M&E is a key aspect of the role, this could include general plumbing, basic electrical tasks through to fault-finding on BMS and HVAC systems, amongst others.
Youll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.

To be successful you will have:
Essential: C&G 2382/BS 7671: 18th edition F-Gas qualification (C&G 2079) NVQ or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical trade Full Valid UK drivers license FM or Maintenance experience Strong communication skills and work ethic
