Job Description
Role: Maintenance Engineer \n\nDays: 6-3 or 9-6\n\nSalary: £45K - £60K DOE\n\nLocation: Corby, Northamptonshire\n\nWe're working with an industry leading waste and recycling company seeking a dynamic and experienced multi skilled Maintenance Engineer. The role is hands on and is pivotal in driving their growth.\n\nBenefits:\n\nCompany pension\nTraining (Paid for courses)\nProgression\nFree parking\nOn-site parkingKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes and valves\nDiagnosing faults - Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical and process related issues to ensure optimal plant performance\nOversee plant commissioning and development providing technical support and guidance\nRepairing plant and equipment\nIntroduce and implement new technologies and treatments to enhance operations\nCreate maintenance procedures\nManage stocks and supplies\nPrepare weekly reports\nEnsure Compliance with all health and safety legislation\nObtain specialist components and equipment as required\nRespond to breakdowns where required\nQualifications:\n\nLevel 3 Engineering Qualification\nExperience in waste-to-energy, recycling or anaerobic digestion\nA solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and process engineering principles\n Key Skills:\n\nStrategic and innovative thinker with the ability to identify and implement technology improvements.\nMeticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently.\nAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities.\nLifelong learner excited to take on new technical challenges.\nMust ideally have experience in project planning, managing, scheduling and overseeing all works to completion. \n\nIf this seems of interest to you then please get in touch with Joshua Warner at Stirling Warrington regarding this vacancy or any other vacancies in the Northamptonshire & Buckinghamshire area
