Position: Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer\n\nExperience: 2 years post- graduation\n\nLocation: Nottingham\n\nSalary: To £35,000\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking a motivated Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer with around two years of industry experience to join a dynamic consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to develop their career in building services design and sustainability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Assist in the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects (HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, and water systems).\n\n * \n\n Work collaboratively with senior engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative solutions.\n\n * \n\n Support project documentation, calculations, and technical reports.\n\n * \n\n Contribute to sustainable design strategies, energy efficiency, and low-carbon solutions.\n\n * \n\n Attend site visits, client meetings, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success.\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.\n\n * \n\n Approximately 2 years’ relevant industry experience.\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems within building services.\n\n * \n\n Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\n * \n\n Enthusiasm for sustainable design and professional development (working towards Chartership is desirable).\n\nWhat ’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary package with benefits.\n\n * \n\n Structured career development and mentorship.\n\n * \n\n Exposure to diverse projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors.\n\n * \n\n Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow and progress
