Following the award of a very high end, flagship project in West London we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to take ownership of the mechanical delivery on site. The Role

As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the full on-site delivery of the mechanical scope, from coordination through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and programme control. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating all mechanical construction activities on site

Leading mechanical subcontractors, supervisors, and direct labour

Ensuring installations meet design intent, specifications, and premium quality standards

Driving programme delivery and resolving construction and coordination challenges

Working closely with the Project Manager, electrical counterparts, design teams, and main contractor
