Mechanical Construction Manager

London | MEP Contracting |Commercial Fit-Out & Retrofit

We're partnering with a fast-growing MEP contractor delivering high-value commercial fit-out and Shell & Core projects across London. This is a business where performance is recognised, progression is real, and you won’t get lost in layers of management.

They’re looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to take full ownership of site delivery, either on a major scheme or across multiple fast-track projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading mechanical installation on site from early stages through to handover

• Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered safely and on time

• Managing subcontractors, labour and daily site activity

• Coordinating with Project Managers, commercial teams and planners

• Leading Mechanical Supervisors and site teams

• Resolving site issues, clashes and buildability challenges in real time

• Proven experience managing site delivery on commercial projects
