Your new role As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical packages on a variety of projects, primarily based in Northern Ireland. Key responsibilities include: Managing mechanical works from pre-construction through to handover Coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitoring project progress, budgets, and quality standards Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and consultants Supporting procurement and programme planning Providing technical input and resolving on-site issues Reporting regularly to senior management on project performance What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in mechanical contracts management or project management Experience working on large-scale mechanical projects Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building se...
