The Role
This is a hybrid position combining contract management, client support, and operational administration . You'll take ownership of key client accounts, ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. You'll act as the link between clients, engineers, and the wider business-keeping operations running smoothly while driving performance forward.
