Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established building services contractor that delivers mechanical projects across the retail and commercial sectors - from small maintenance works to major mechanical packages valued up to £1M. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager into their team.
The Role Managing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant installations Overseeing projects valued up £1m mechanical packages Leading new build developments, refurbishments, and planned/reactive works Preparing programmes, RAMS, method statements, and other project documentation Working collaboratively with electrical teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions where required
Key Responsibilities Full cradle-to-completion management of mechanical packages Coordination across multi-discipline project teams Attendance at site progress meetings Managing budgets, costs, variations, and commercial reporting Reviewing subcontractor quotations and appointing specialist partne...
