I'm working with a well-established, specialist Mechanical Pipework Contractor based in London, who are actively seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver multiple mechanical packages across a range of projects across all sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior leadership role with progression to Director level in the near future.

This company operates with a turnover of around £15 million and delivers mechanical packages ranging from £50k to £4 million, working with key clients Tier 1 M&E Clients.

As Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of several mechanical projects, managing project managers and site teams, ensuring all mechanical packages are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical project delivery across multiple sites

Oversee project performance, quality, and commercial control

Manage and mentor project managers and supervisors

Collaborate with in-house fabrication and POE teams to aligdelivery

Ensure compliance with H&S, project specifications, and programme

Maintain close communication with clients and internal stakeholder

Contribute to business strategy, project planning, and resource allocationIdeal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Mechanical PM

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services and pipework

Experience delivering projects in commercial fit-out or data centre environments

Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
