Mechanical Contracts Manager

They're looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager who will oversee multiple residential and commercial schemes across the North West.
You will be able to take ownership of projects and play a key role from pre-con through to handover.
Requirements:
* Strong background working on residential / apartment projects
* Leading site labour and sub contractors
* Proven experience in a similar position
* Commercially aware
