A well-established and growing M&E contractor based in Halesowen is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multi-million-pound developments from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

* Managing multiple mechanical projects simultaneously

* Overseeing projects from design through to handover

* Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams

* Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance

* Financial management including cost control and reporting

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager

* Strong background in delivering commercial or mixed-sector M&E projects

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Strong commercial awareness
