This high-profile site demands exceptional standards of engineering and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for maintaining critical mechanical infrastructure in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across HVAC systems, chilled water, pumps, and pressurisation units\n\nConduct daily plant room inspections and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently\n\nRespond to breakdowns and faults swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations\n\nMonitor and maintain water treatment systems in compliance with L8 regulations\n\nLiaise with on-site management and external contractors to coordinate works\n\nMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with statutory regulations\n\nRequirements:\n\nNVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services\n\nProven experience in a critical or corporate environment (e.g., banking, data centres)\n\nStrong understanding of HVAC, chilled water systems, and BMS controls\n\nExcellent communication and client-facing skills\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nBenefits:\n\nGenerous overtime rates\n\nPension scheme\n\nPrivate healthcare\n\nTraining and development opportunities\n\nIf you're a proactive, detail-oriented engineer with a passion for Mechanical maintenance, we want to hear from you!\n\n(url removed) or +(phone number removed)
