We’re working with a long-established, design-led consultancy that’s looking to expand its Mechanical Engineering team in Manchester with the addition of a Principal Engineer. The practice has a strong presence in the North West, delivering innovative solutions across a broad range of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Science & Research, and Mission Critical/Data Centres. They offer a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment with a culture that supports autonomy, flexibility, and technical excellence.

This is a key leadership position within the team, responsible for both technical delivery and project leadership. You’ll lead multidisciplinary design teams, oversee project performance, and act as the main point of contact for clients on a range of local and international schemes.
